If you don"t know what to do with stuff that has to be somehow developed, you better quite that position that you have in the company. You should dismiss yourself for the good of the firm, for the good name, for the financial problems and for the perspective of development under the eye of a real master, a real true expert. You know... your attitude towards leadership has changed, you have to admit that. don"t focus on Office chairs in situations where you have thousands of more important cases to deal with, that is the first thing that you should concentrate upon. If you tell me or anybody else in an interview that you find it problematic to exchange the Office chairs when there is time of recession and solutions are dramatically needed, it really tells us everything about the level of your intellect. You shouldn"t focus on stuff like Office chairs when the future of the company as a whole is under question. Don"t hesitate when taking important decisions, allright? That is the thing that you have to understand before you may go to any other company to be a manager. Every blue collar worker knows that. don"t even mentioning white collar ones.
