I think that there is a great chance that people will be arguing with each other more often than in traditional company. That is typical for families when you come to think of it. On the other hand the character of family business has changed over the years. Back in the days it was usually connected with some profession that every single person in the family took after his father. Nowadays it is different. My family business might be a good example.
